This Privacy Policy explains how JakShield Technologies (“JakShield”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use JAK AI and related websites and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy.

• Account information such as name, email address, company details, country, and time zone.
• Authentication data handled by our identity provider, including sign-in method and security settings you configure (for example multi-factor authentication).
• Billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on JAK AI servers.
• Customer content you choose to store in the Service (business and personal records, messages, files, and similar materials).
• Usage and device data such as approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Complete onboarding, invitations, approvals, and billing

We do not sell your personal information. Invitation codes, passwords, and payment secrets are never written to application logs.

Business organisation administrators may access organisational data according to role permissions.
